Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders disagree on the value of bank bailouts during the 2008 financial crisis as the country faces its toughest economic headwinds since the Great Recession. Sanders says he opposed bailing out banks because any rescue plan should’ve been funded by a surtax on the wealthy. Joe voted for that.
